I offer complete care for clients seeking a home birth or for those who just need prenatal care and wish to have a hospital birth.

Lactation Counseling
As a Lactation Counselor I work to provide nursing parents with hands on help to alleviate challenges and diminish fears to help you achieve your goals in your breastfeeding journey. With in person hands on help you can perfect a great latch, establish a healthy milk supply and ensure your baby is getting all the milk they need to bloom.

Childbirth Education
The goal of this course is to give you all the knowledge you will need to feel confident about the birthing process. I strive to leave you feeling empowered about your ability to birth. This class also allows your birth partner to feel confident in how to be an amazing support system by learning ways to offer physical and emotional support throughout the labor process. I offer a monthly group class or you can schedule a private class in your home.

Breastfeeding Class
The goal of this class is to help families have the best start possible by providing evidenced based information, setting realistic expectations, and addressing common fears, and concerns about breastfeeding. This class will help you to understand the needs of your baby and how to meet them feeling confident. I offer a monthly group class or you can schedule a private class in your home.

Virtual Counseling
Many new parents have questions. Virtual counseling is a safe space to get answers. Often a virtual visit is all that is needed to help overcome fears and uncertainties surrounding breastfeeding issues, baby care, and postpartum difficulties. These sessions can be scheduled in1 to 2 hour blocks depending on your needs. I strive to help you find answers that work for your individual situation and your families needs.
